Cancellation Policy

24 hour notice is required for all lesson cancellations, no exceptions. If cancelled within 24 hours, that session will be redeemed from your active subscription/package and a make up lesson will not be offered. "No Show" lessons are not allowed to be rescheduled. You may cancel and reschedule as many times as needed during your package term or subscription month to any suitable, available time slot. All lessons must be used within your package or subscription term. Refunds will not be issued for unused lessons. All monthly subscriptions require a 30 day cancellation notice and will not be pro-rated.
